And the 26-year-old was every inch the glam doting mother-of-two while doing last minute shopping for the holiday season on Monday.
Taking to Instagram, Tammy shared a photo alongside children Wolf, five, and Saskia, four, while hitting the shops.

Matt also seems to be getting on wonderfully with Wolf and Saskia - who Tammy shares with her ex-fiancé Reece Hawkins, 25.
