Learner's Constitution as linked here, is a meta-constitution for learning organizations to construct its constitution. The idea behind a constitution is a document composed of many binding agreements, like contracts and deeds, so that these binding agreements create a kind of operational consistency over time and space. This is a foundation of an organization, and the content of this consititutional document defines the shape and functional areas of an organization.
