Tammy is getting ready to spend Christmas with her new boyfriend Matt Poole, 32, and her two children - son Wolf, five, and Saskia, four. 
The Gold Coast influencer shared a photo of Matt and the kids in a festive season-themed pyjamas last week. 
Matt and the children were in the same patchwork versions. Meanwhile, Tammy looked radiant in a fun, Grinch-themed nightie.

Matt and the Saski Collection founder confirmed their romance four-months-ago when they went Instagram official during a holiday.     
The pair, who met at an event in tour bali từ hcm last year, also revealed who'd said 'I love you' first. 
'I did. I am obsessed,' Matt admitted, before Tammy explained how Matt had confessed his feelings after they'd 'had a little fight' on holiday in the Whitsundays in September. 
'We had a little fight over nothing, and then when he was trying to make up with me and apologise, he told me he loved me,' the influencer said with a smile.
Matt also seems to be getting on wonderfully with Wolf and Saskia - who Tammy shares with her ex-fiancé Reece Hawkins, 25.
