The 23-year-old is so relatable.<br>He rocks up holding a Tesco carrier bag, rather than one of those Louis Vuitton wash bags, like any of us might for a game of five-a-side!<br>He's so unassuming. But above all, he is a ‘100 per center'. He gives nothing less. Tierney will make the odd mistake. He'll have his bad games. He had those for Celtic. But he'll still be all-in.<br>I can bet even his poorest performances will be better than some of the best we've seen from Arsenal players this season.<br>         The Scottish left back warmed up in the snow at the Hawthorns wearing just a t-shirt<br>Tierney likes to work and improve on his weak areas. At Celtic, I always thought he was sound defensively but it was in the final third where he had to get better. It's safe to say his end product was pretty good against West Brom on Saturday!<br>Tierney was loved at Celtic and he still loves that club — I know he follows them when he can. But the Scot was well within his rights to come down south and try his luck in a more competitive league with a big club like Arsenal.<br>Towards the end of his time in Scotland, he was struggling with a pelvic injury but still making himself available. It makes me wonder what Gareth Southgate will do at Euro 2020 and whether he will give Kane permission to drop deeper than he usually would for England. I doubt he'll do a Jose and try to win the tournament smash-and-grab style! But Kane is a fantastic all-round footballer. Southgate will be thinking about how to get the best out of him.<br>         Harry Kane and Son Heung-min are a special duo and already have 13 combined goals<br>  Blades must stick with Wilder I didn't see this coming from Sheffield United. Every pundit predicted Chris Wilder's United would make an immediate return to the Championship last season and we were left with eggs on our faces.<br>This season, hardly any of us had them dropping down! My pre-season prediction for relegation was West Brom, Fulham and Aston Villa.<br>Now Sheffield United have two points from 17 Premier League games and they're on their way out. Do they stick with Wilder? I say yes. Burnley dropped down, kept Sean Dyche in charge and got back up. Norwich look like they could do the same with Daniel Farke.<br>Firing and hiring isn't always the best way. Wilder could bring United back to the big time.<br>         Sheffield United's meagre two point return from 17 games was not seen by anyone this season<br>  Rangers are as good as champions Well done to Steven Gerrard and Rangers. Saturday's 1-0 win over 10-man Celtic earned them a 19-point lead at the top of the Scottish Premiership — and that's the race for the title as good as done in my eyes. Rangers have an outstanding goalkeeper in Allan McGregor and their back line is solid. <br>In 22 league games, Gerrard's side have won 20, drawn two, and conceded just five goals along the way. It's unfortunate that Celtic couldn't make it to the magical No 10.
